How to Withdraw from OXBTC wallet?

Please make sure you have set the asset password and google authentication.

If you have not set the asset password and the authentication, learn and set it.

 

 

1. Login your account and find "Wallet".

 

2. Check your balance of wallet you need to withdraw.

 

 

Taking withdraw BTC as an example:

 

a. Check BTC wallet and available balance, then click "Withdraw".

 

b. Confirm your withdraw address.

(If you have not added one, you can click "Add Address" and add your withdraw address)

 

c. Choose Real-time Withdraw or Next-day Withdraw.

 

d. Enter asset password and the email code you received.

 

e. Enter the google authenticator code.

(Remember to enter the instant code as it will change at given time)

 

f. Confirm all information you entered and click " Withdraw".

 

 

3. If you want to check the withdrawal status and records, you can check "Withdraw Records".

What if withdraw to the wrong address?
